He is an attorney at law and a legal consultant who practices banking and commercial contract laws as well as research and study. His collaboration and support for entrepreneurs and business owners can be divided into two distinct periods:
A. Supporting business owners in increasing revenue: From 2003 to 2010, he worked as a consultant in advertising and sales, actively assisting business owners. During this time, he conducted market needs analysis and researched market obstacles and challenges, making significant contributions to the revenue growth of many business owners. Motivated by these findings and driven by his prior interests, he entered the field of law in 2010 while continuing to work with business owners. However, this time his focus shifted to protection and loss prevention.
B. Supporting business owners in protection and loss prevention: After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law and pursuing graduate and doctoral studies in private law, he has extensively reviewed and analyzed approximately 4,300 banking and business contracts. In his legal practice, he has handled over 916 cases related to banking and business contracts. Through his work in the field of banking and business contracts, he has gained valuable critical knowledge and experience in dealing with contract failures and terminations, developing specialized strategies and methods to prevent such issues.
He metaphorically views contractual disputes as more complex than chess, recognizing that a single wrong move can lead to defeat. Similar to chess masters who meticulously plan numerous techniques and tactics before each move to increase their chances of success, he approaches each legal action with careful planning. He employs pre-prepared approaches and strategies, avoiding the temptation to jump directly to intermediate or final steps right from the beginning.
